The JC chassis platform was developed for builders who want more strength and capability than a traditional Jeep frame while still maintaining the comfort and recognizable look of a Jeep-based trail rig. By integrating DOM tubing throughout the chassis structure, the JC significantly increases rigidity and durability compared to factory frames.
Strategic use of .188 wall tubing in high-impact areas helps protect the chassis from dents and structural damage during aggressive trail use. Replaceable rock sliders protect the sides of the vehicle and can easily be replaced if they become damaged over time.
The chassis also features removable drivetrain crossmembers connected using tube flange sets, allowing drivetrain components to be installed or removed much more easily during the build or future maintenance.
The rear chassis area provides room to install a 15-gallon fuel cell along with a fabricated toolbox or cooler, making the platform well suited for both extreme rock crawling and longer trail rides.
