Refund policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment if unused and in original packaging. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Wide Open Design.

There will be no returns allowed on special order items.

To initiate a return, contact myra@wideopendesign.com with your name, order number, order date, reason for return, and contact information.

A restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged. Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable. Wide Open Design does not accept returns on electronic products. All warranty claims on electronic products must be submitted to and handled by the manufacturer directly.

If you have received damaged or an incomplete order, contact us immediately for correction.

A COMPLETED RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.

Labor and/or Parts Warranties are non-refundable and do not apply to products or vehicles used for racing, off-road purposes, or to damage caused due to accidents or abuse.
