The Radflo 2.0 Emulsion Coilover Shock is an adjustable Radflo coilover that delivers the suspension performance needed to handle rough terrain with confidence. Built around a large 2.0" shock body and heavy-duty 7/8" hardened shaft, this coilover is engineered to absorb impacts, improve traction, and provide predictable suspension control in demanding off-road conditions.

Unlike traditional factory shocks, Radflo coilovers allow you to tune ride height and suspension preload using adjustable spring seats. Pair these shocks with quality coilover springs such as Eibach springs to create a suspension package tailored to your vehicle weight, terrain, and driving style. (Learn How to Calculate Spring Rates)

The emulsion-style design offers a simple, reliable solution for builders who want high-performance suspension without the complexity of remote reservoirs. Whether you're upgrading worn-out truck shocks, replacing air shocks, or building a complete coilover suspension system from scratch, Radflo's suspension technology has been trusted by off-road racers, rock crawlers, trail riders, and custom builders for years.

Includes:

  • (1) Radflo 2.0 Coilover Shock
  • Dual Rate Spring Hardware
  • Universal Spherical Bearing & Mounting Hardware
  • Eibach Coilover Springs Sold Separately

Availability Note: As the #1 Stocking Warehouse for Radflo Performance Shocks, we maintain the largest on-shelf inventory of off-road coilover shocks and springs in the industry. While we keep the most popular travel lengths ready for immediate shipment, certain Radflo coilovers, custom valving packages, or special-order suspension components may require additional production time. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for manufacturing and shipment of these products.

We are committed to getting your rig on the trail as fast as possible. If your build schedule is critical, please call us to confirm real-time inventory before placing your order. If you need help selecting the correct coilover shocks, coilover springs, or complete off-road suspension system for your build, our team is happy to help.

Tech Insight

What is the difference between an emulsion coilover shock and a remote reservoir coilover?

An emulsion coilover shock stores the oil and nitrogen inside the shock body, creating a simpler and more compact design. Remote reservoir shocks provide additional oil capacity and cooling, making them better suited for higher-speed applications and extended abuse. For trail riding, rock crawling, and most off-road suspension systems, an emulsion coilover offers excellent performance, durability, and adjustability.

Can I adjust ride height with these coilovers?

Yes. The threaded preload collar allows you to adjust spring preload and fine-tune ride height to match your vehicle setup and suspension requirements.

Do coilover shocks come with springs?

No. Radflo 2.0 Emulsion Coilovers are typically sold without springs. This allows builders to select the correct spring rates for their vehicle. We recommend pairing them with Eibach coilover springs for optimal performance.

What vehicles can use the Radflo 2.0 Coilover?

These coilovers are commonly used on Jeeps, rock crawlers, rock bouncers, off-road trucks, Ultra4 cars, tube chassis vehicles, and custom suspension projects. Proper mounting and spring selection are required for each application.

Can these coilover shocks be rebuilt or revalved?

Yes. Radflo performance coilover shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable. Regular maintenance can extend shock life and maintain peak suspension performance, especially in demanding off-road environments.
