The First Turnkey 3.0: More Room. More Power. More WOD.

We didn't just tweak the Revolution; we evolved it. Introducing the first turnkey Revolution 3.0 4-Seater, a platform defined by one word: Integration. The Rev 3.0 sets itself apart by being more than a chassis—it’s an ecosystem. For the first time, we are launching a massive lineup of in-house kits designed specifically for this frame. From our precision radiator mounts and tilt steering columns to the full-fab dash seen in this build, the 3.0 is designed to be the most "builder-friendly" high-performance buggy on the market.

The Powerplant & Cooling:
To give this first 3.0 the punch it deserves, we dropped in a 402ci LT engine mated to a TH400 and an Atlas transfer case. Keeping that LT cool is our new WOD 31" x 15.5" x 3" DPL Radiator Combo, a unit specifically engineered to survive the heat of a Tennessee summer under high-RPM stress.

Architecture & Ergonomics:
We listened to the community. The 3.0 features increased legroom in the driver’s compartment and a slightly extended wheelbase for a more stable, comfortable ride. We kept our signature "flowing lines" and rolled-tubing style, but introduced a new control layout that puts ergonomics at the forefront.

The Stance:
Riding on Crane 14-Bolt axles with Magnum knuckles and massive 43" Super Swampers, this 3.0 doesn't just navigate the trail—it dominates it. Controlled by Radflo 2.0 14" remote reservoir shocks and bump stops, the ride is as refined as the fabrication.
