Every line has been re-engineered for the modern trail rider, focusing on visibility, suspension clearance, and aggressive aesthetics.
Key Design Enhancements
- Superior Visibility: We narrowed and lowered the dash bar by several inches to significantly improve sightlines from the driver's seat, ensuring you can see the trail clearly during technical climbs.
- Improved Suspension Clearance: The front frame rails have been kicked inward to eliminate clearance issues with bypass shock tubes during full suspension cycling.
- Rear Geometry Overhaul: The rear beltline was redesigned with an upward angle to accommodate 12 to 14 inches of up-travel, specifically optimized for trailing arm setups and rear-steer clearance.
- Integrated Fabrication: The chassis is now fully modeled in CAD, allowing us to offer pre-notched and cut components—like bump stop mounts—that you can weld on at home with professional precision.
