2.0 Remote Reservoir Coilover (x2) & Dual-Rate Spring (x4) Package – 14" Travel
The 2.0 Remote Reservoir Coilover & Dual-Rate Spring Package – 14" Travel combines two 14" travel Radflo 2.0 remote reservoir coilovers with four Eibach coilover springs to create a complete dual-rate suspension package for rock crawlers, trail buggies, Jeeps, and custom tube chassis builds. The 14" travel gives builders increased suspension movement while the compact 2.0" shock body makes the package easier to fit into chassis where space and weight still matter.
With two springs per coilover, this package allows the suspension to use a true dual-rate spring stack for greater control over ride height, initial suspension movement, and deeper travel. The remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and help manage shock temperature during repeated cycling, while selectable spring rates allow the package to be matched to vehicle weight, suspension geometry, and intended use.

Fitment
Best Suited For:
- Rock crawlers
- Trail buggies
- Jeep suspension builds
- Lightweight tube chassis vehicles
- Linked suspension systems
- Custom off-road builds requiring 14" shock travel
Fitment Notes:
- Universal package for custom front or rear suspension applications
- 14" travel requires sufficient chassis, axle, tire, and suspension clearance through the complete travel range
- Verify compressed and extended shock lengths before ordering
- Spring rates must be selected around sprung weight, suspension geometry, shock angle, and intended ride height
- Dual-rate spring setup requires proper preload, crossover adjustment, and spring selection
- Remote reservoir routing must remain clear of tires, exhaust, links, and other moving components
- Proper bump stop placement is required to prevent the coilover from becoming the suspension travel limiter
FAQ
What makes this a dual-rate coilover package?
Each coilover uses two springs separated by a spring slider, giving the suspension an upper and lower spring in the stack. Combined with the coilover's crossover hardware, this allows the suspension to transition between spring characteristics as it moves through its travel.
Why choose a 14" travel coilover package?
A 14" coilover provides additional suspension travel for builds designed around greater articulation and wheel movement. It is a common choice for linked rock crawlers, trail buggies, and tube chassis vehicles where the suspension geometry and chassis packaging can take advantage of the additional travel.
How do I choose the correct spring rates?
Spring rates should be based on sprung vehicle weight, front-to-rear weight distribution, suspension motion ratio, shock angle, desired ride height, and intended use. Learn how to calculate coilover spring rates here.
What does the remote reservoir add to this package?
The remote reservoir adds fluid and nitrogen capacity outside the main 2.0" shock body. This helps manage heat and maintain more consistent damping during repeated suspension cycling while retaining the compact packaging of a 2.0" coilover.
Can I adjust ride height and the dual-rate transition?
Yes. Spring preload can be adjusted using the threaded preload collar, while the dual-rate crossover hardware can be positioned to control when the suspension transitions through the spring stack. Both settings should be tuned as part of the complete suspension setup.
Are the shocks rebuildable and revalvable?
Yes. The shocks are fully rebuildable and can be revalved as vehicle weight, suspension geometry, or intended use changes.
