The WOD Chromoly Four-Link Rod End Kit provides the joints, jam nuts, and stainless steel spacers needed to build one complete front or rear four-link suspension system. Designed around heavy-duty 7/8"-14 chromoly rod ends with 3/4" bores, this kit is built for heavier vehicles, higher horsepower, large tires, and aggressive off-road suspension applications.

Each kit includes four left-hand-thread and four right-hand-thread rod ends, allowing suspension links to be adjusted without removing them from the vehicle. Matching jam nuts secure the final adjustment, while the included 3/4" stainless steel misalignment spacers provide proper mounting width and smooth articulation.

These are the same style of chromoly rod ends Wide Open Design relies on for trail rigs, rock crawlers, buggies, race vehicles, and custom chassis builds where suspension strength and serviceability are critical.

Why use both left-hand and right-hand threads?

Installing a left-hand rod end at one end of a suspension link and a right-hand rod end at the other allows the link length to be adjusted by rotating the link body. This makes it easier to set wheelbase, axle position, pinion angle, caster, and suspension alignment without removing the link.

Why choose a 7/8" shank rod end?
