What is the difference between an emulsion coilover and a remote reservoir coilover?

An emulsion shock keeps the oil and nitrogen charge together inside the main shock body, creating a simpler and more compact package. A remote reservoir adds fluid volume and additional heat capacity, which can be beneficial for sustained high-speed use or repeated hard suspension cycling.

What is the advantage of a 2.5 coilover over a 2.0 coilover?

The larger 2.5" body provides more fluid capacity and damping authority, making it better suited for heavier vehicles, larger tires, longer travel, and more aggressive off-road use.

How do I choose the correct travel length?

Cycle the suspension and measure the available distance between the upper and lower shock mounts at full compression and full droop. Choose a shock that remains within its compressed and extended operating range throughout that movement.

Do Radflo 2.5 emulsion coilovers include springs?

No. Dual-rate spring hardware is included, but springs are sold separately so the correct rates and lengths can be selected for the vehicle. Eibach coilover springs are commonly paired with Radflo shocks.
