Radflo 2.5 Rod End Assembly with Bearing & Snap Rings
AY-RE-B11
The Radflo 2.5 Rod End Assembly (7/8") is a complete replacement shock eyelet assembly designed for Radflo 2.5 series shocks. This OEM-style assembly includes the rod end, precision spherical bearing, and retaining snap rings required to restore proper articulation and secure mounting at the shock eyelet.
Over time, spherical bearings wear from dirt, water, high articulation angles, and repeated off-road abuse. Replacing worn rod end assemblies eliminates excessive play, restores proper suspension movement, and helps prevent unnecessary stress on shock mounts and mounting hardware.
Includes:
- (1) Radflo 2.5 Rod End
- (1) 7/8" Spherical Bearing
- (2) Retaining Snap Rings

Tech Insight
Why Shock Bearings Wear
Spherical bearings allow the shock to pivot freely as the suspension cycles through articulation and travel. Over time, mud, dust, moisture, and repeated side loading wear the bearing surfaces, creating excessive movement that can affect suspension performance and place additional stress on mounting hardware.
Restore Proper Suspension Movement
Replacing worn rod end assemblies restores tight mounting tolerances, eliminates unwanted play, and helps maintain proper suspension geometry. Fresh bearings also reduce noise, improve articulation, and extend the service life of both the shock and chassis mounting points.
Designed for Rebuildable Radflo Shocks
Like all Radflo suspension products, the rod end assembly is designed to be serviceable rather than disposable. Replacing worn bearings during routine shock maintenance is an inexpensive way to keep your suspension performing reliably through years of off-road use.
