Matt Jamniczky’s Jeep JK is what happens when a full custom rock crawler and a high-end street machine collide. Starting with a 4-door Jeep JK body, Wide Open Design designed and built a complete tube chassis and integrated cage system underneath, transforming the Jeep into a true off-road supercar capable of handling serious terrain while still maintaining comfort and drivability.

Power comes from a fuel-injected 427 cubic inch GM LT engine backed by a 4L80 transmission and Atlas transfer case, delivering massive horsepower with the reliability needed for long trail rides and hard wheeling.

The drivetrain sends power through balanced 1410 driveshafts into fully built Crane Axle 14-bolts front and rear featuring 40-spline chromoly axle shafts and a large brake package for confident stopping power.

The suspension combines:

  • bypass shocks
  • air bump stops

to absorb harsh terrain while still maintaining excellent ride quality and stability.

Inside, the JK blends luxury and functionality with:
