ARB Differential Breather Kit w/ 4-Port Billet Manifold System
ARB170112
The ARB Differential Breather Kit is a high flow, zero back pressure, zero vacuum breather system and is designed to protect your drivetrain from water contamination and pressure/vacuum damage.
The ARB Differential Breather Kit features a billet aluminum 4-port manifold, 8mm high flow tubing, and a splash resistant central air filter, this kit relocates all drivetrain breathers to a single elevated point on the vehicle. With enough components to route at least two assemblies (and up to four with additional tubing), this kit ensures your diff, transmission, and transfer case stay dry, no matter how deep the crossing.
Now featuring 8 meters of 8mm airline and fittings compatible with a wide range of factory breather threads.
Includes:
- Billet anodized aluminum 5-port manifold
- (4) 1/8" BSP breather line ports
- (1) 1/4" NPT air filter port
- Splash-resistant air filter assembly
- (4) 8mm to 1/8" BSP push-in fittings
- (3) 1/8" BSP port plugs
- 8 meters of 8mm polyethylene tubing
- (2) self-tapping mounting screws
- (25) cable ties

Tech Insight
Factory breathers are typically one way valves mounted low on the axle or transmission housing. The problem? During water crossings, drivetrain components cool rapidly, creating a vacuum that slams the one way valve shut. When this happens, the assembly pulls air, and often water, back through the seals, contaminating your gear oil and putting critical components (including ARB Air Lockers) at risk.
