The RCV Big Bell 40/47 Spline CV Axle Set is the ultimate drivetrain solution for extreme custom builds running Rockwell or custom Dana 80 axles. Built around RCV’s massive 2.5 ton Rockwell Big Bell CVs, this setup is designed for applications where traditional axle technology simply isn’t enough.
These axles use Rockwell length 47-spline stub shafts paired with custom length 40 spline inner shafts, built to order based on your exact measurements. With no tire size limit and no horsepower limit, this system is engineered for the most demanding rock crawling, rock bouncing, and competition environments.
