Short bump stop cans are designed for suspension systems with limited mounting space around coilovers, trusses, upper links, or shock towers. They provide the necessary bump stop support while reducing the amount of chassis space required.
This can is designed for most 2-inch hydraulic or air bump stops with 2 or 3 inches of travel, including popular models from FOX, King, Radflo, ADS, ORI, and similar manufacturers.
DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) tubing offers excellent dimensional accuracy, strength, and a smooth internal surface, allowing the bump stop body to fit properly while providing long-term durability in severe off-road environments.
This short version is intended specifically for 2-inch and 3-inch travel bump stops. Standard-length cans are recommended when using longer-travel bump stops or when additional housing length is required.
Always tack weld the can in place first, cycle the suspension through its complete range of travel, verify bump stop engagement and alignment, and then complete the final welds after confirming proper fitment.
