UNI-MAG
The Rugged Radios UNI-MAG NMO / Magnetic Antenna Mount with Coax gives a mobile-radio installation two antenna-mounting approaches in one assembly: a removable magnetic base or an NMO mount for a fixed installation. It is useful for a chase truck, trail vehicle, or custom build where the final antenna location may change as roof accessories and cab wiring are laid out.
The included 13-foot RG-58 coax reaches from the antenna location to a radio with the matching UHF male connection. The magnetic section can be removed to expose the NMO base for a tab, panel, or suitable separate bar mount. A magnetic installation needs an appropriate surface, and the antenna is a separate selection that must match the radio's operating band.
