The Sanderson LT Block Hugger Shorty Headers are designed specifically for GM LT engine swaps where frame, suspension, steering, or chassis clearance is limited. Their compact block-hugger layout keeps the primary tubes tight to the engine, making them a strong solution for Jeep swaps, custom chassis, off-road vehicles, and other applications where conventional long-tube or generic swap headers may not fit.
Built with 1-5/8" primary tubes, these shorty headers support strong exhaust velocity, responsive torque, and efficient flow for most street, trail, and performance LT builds. 3/8" flanges help maintain a flat sealing surface through repeated heat cycles, while the raw steel construction allows the headers to be ceramic coated, painted, or finished to match the rest of the exhaust system.
An optional professionally TIG-welded V-band upgrade is available for builders who want a cleaner exhaust connection, easier service, and improved sealing at the collector.
