The Wilwood Forward-Mount Swing Pedal Assembly is designed to operate two single-outlet brake master cylinders mounted forward of the pedal and outside the firewall. The assembly combines a lightweight aluminum frame with a reinforced forged I-beam pedal arm, a 7:1 pedal ratio, and an adjustable non-skid pedal pad. It accepts Wilwood vertical-mount flange single-outlet master cylinders, allowing bore sizes to be selected separately for the braking system.
The integrated balance bar allows front-to-rear brake bias to be adjusted while the pin-and-clevis pushrod design provides the misalignment needed for smooth, bind-free operation throughout pedal travel. Positive detents help maintain the balance-bar setting, while the included jam nut can lock the adjustment in place or an optional remote cable can be added for quick brake-bias adjustment from the driver's position.
