The Radflo 2.0 Emulsion Coilover with 7/8″ shaft is built for advanced suspension systems requiring maximum tunability in a compact package. Designed for performance driven builds, this integrated spring and shock assembly delivers precise ride height, preload, and travel adjustment without removing the unit from the vehicle.

Choose your ideal single or dual-rate spring combination (springs sold separately), and Radflo will custom valve compression and rebound characteristics to complement your vehicle weight, geometry, and driving style.

The emulsion design combines oil and nitrogen in a single chamber for a simplified, space-saving configuration, which is perfect for tighter mounting locations. Radflo’s exclusive Freeflo Racing Piston and velocity sensitive valving automatically adapt to terrain changes, improving control, handling, and comfort.

Each shock is custom built to order and uniquely valved to meet your exact specifications.

The 2.0″ coilover platform offers an ideal balance of compact size and performance capability. The emulsion design eliminates the need for a remote reservoir, making installation simpler while maintaining strong damping performance for many off-road applications.

The 7/8″ Nitro Steel shaft provides excellent durability under heavy loads, while the PTFE-coated bronze rod guide ensures smooth cycling in harsh environments. Radflo’s velocity sensitive deflective disc valving automatically adjusts to terrain conditions, and individual shim stacks can be changed for fine tuned performance.

With full rebuildability and built to order valving, this coilover is engineered to deliver consistent, dependable performance race after race.
