RockJock Universal Antirock Sway Bar Kit - Steel Arms, 45" Bar
ROKCE-9902-17
The RockJock Universal AntiRock Sway Bar Kit with Steel Arms is engineered for heavier off-road vehicles, stretched wheelbase crawlers, rock bouncers, Ultra4 race cars, and custom tube chassis that require increased roll control while maintaining exceptional suspension articulation. Unlike traditional sway bars that require disconnecting on the trail, the AntiRock system remains connected at all times to improve traction, stability, and driver confidence over uneven terrain.
Built around a 45" heat-treated 4130 chromoly torsion bar measuring .800-inch in diameter, this kit delivers a higher spring rate than smaller AntiRock systems, making it an excellent choice for larger vehicles and higher-speed applications. Fabricated steel sway bar arms are available in 17", 18", or 20" lengths, allowing builders to fine-tune sway bar stiffness while prioritizing long-term durability.
This universal fabricator kit includes nearly everything required for installation. Simply position the mounting tube, weld the components into your chassis, adjust the end links, and dial in the handling characteristics that best fit your build.

Tech Insight
Designed for Larger, Heavier Builds
The .800" torsion bar provides a higher spring rate than smaller AntiRock systems, making it especially effective on heavier vehicles, rear sway bar applications, stretched wheelbase crawlers, and rigs that see faster trail speeds. The additional torsional resistance improves chassis stability while still allowing the suspension to articulate freely over obstacles.
Tune Handling with Arm Length
- 17" Arms — Highest effective spring rate with the firmest body control.
- 18" Arms — Excellent balance of stability and articulation for most custom builds.
- 20" Arms — Lowest effective spring rate for maximum articulation and softer suspension response.
Because AntiRock systems use leverage rather than changing torsion bars, arm length is one of the easiest ways to fine-tune handling characteristics.
Built for Fabricators
This universal kit allows complete freedom in sway bar placement, making it ideal for custom suspension layouts where bolt-on systems won't fit. The fabricated steel arms are designed to withstand years of abuse in rock crawling, Ultra4 racing, and aggressive trail driving while maintaining consistent suspension performance.
Important Notes
- Welding and fabrication are required for installation.
- Vehicles will exhibit more body roll than with a factory sway bar.
- Street manners remain predictable but will differ from OEM handling characteristics.
- Threaded end links can be shortened or replaced to suit individual ride heights and suspension configurations.
