The Winters Performance Aluminum Button Shift Knob & Button Shifter Conversion Kit is designed to give you full manual control over electronically shifted automatic transmissions when used with a Winters-style shifter.
This kit features a hollow shift shaft that allows switch wiring to run cleanly through the shifter and exit beneath the console for a professional, clutter-free install. When paired with a Winters shifter mechanism, this setup enables true manual shifting, including compression braking on downshifts, the ability to hold gears, and start in any gear—ideal for race cars, off-road rigs, rock crawlers, and performance builds.
The momentary push button built into the aluminum knob can be used for far more than just shifting. It’s perfect for PTT (push-to-talk) radios, horn activation, sirens, nitrous systems, or any application requiring a momentary on switch.
