The Art Carr - Winters SideWinder Lockout Shifter for Ford C-6 is Designed specifically for the Ford C-6 automatic transmission, this lockout configuration features a mechanical reverse lockout system that makes it physically impossible to accidentally shift into reverse from any forward gear.

The shifter comes fully assembled in a standard Winters plastic console and typically includes a 5-foot (3 travel) double-clip push-pull cable and mounting hardware. Shifters are also available without a cable if a custom length is required.

The lockout version includes a neutral safety switch, ensuring the vehicle can only be started when the shifter is in Park — adding essential protection for competition and street/strip builds.
