The Winters Performance Shifter Side Plate Universal Mount is a black, multi-position aluminum side plate designed to mount Winters shifters directly to a dash or flat console surface. These plates allow you to remove your shifter from the factory plastic console and install it exactly where you want for optimal ergonomics in off-road, race, or custom builds.

Featuring multi-position cable guide adjustability, the side plate lets you rotate the cable orientation to achieve the most comfortable and efficient shifter position in tight cockpit layouts. Built from lightweight aluminum and finished in durable black anodizing, this is a clean, bolt-on solution trusted in off-road race vehicles and custom rigs.
