The 2.5 Emulsion Coilover & Spring Package – 12" Travel combines two Radflo 2.5 emulsion coilovers with two Eibach 3.0" ID coilover springs for rock crawlers, trail buggies, Jeeps, and custom off-road suspension systems that need increased damping capacity in a manageable package. The larger 2.5" shock body provides more oil volume and damping capability than a 2.0" coilover, while the 12" travel length keeps shock tower height and chassis packaging under control.
Each coilover uses one 12" spring with selectable rates from 100–500 lb/in for straightforward spring-rate and preload tuning. The emulsion design keeps the oil and nitrogen charge within the shock body, eliminating external reservoirs and hoses while retaining rebuildable and tunable damping performance for technical crawling, trail use, and heavier recreational off-road builds.
