The 2.5 Emulsion Coilover & Spring Package – 16" Travel combines two Radflo 2.5 emulsion coilovers with two Eibach 3.0" ID coilover springs for long-travel rock crawlers, trail buggies, and custom off-road chassis. The larger 2.5" shock body provides increased oil volume and damping capacity, while 16" of travel gives properly designed suspension systems substantial wheel movement and articulation for aggressive technical terrain.
Each coilover uses a single 16" spring with selectable rates from 100–500 lb/in for straightforward ride-height and spring-rate tuning. The emulsion design keeps the oil and nitrogen charge inside the shock body, eliminating remote reservoirs and hoses while retaining the larger shock body's damping capability. This makes the package a strong choice for long-travel builds that need more shock capacity without adding the packaging complexity of a remote reservoir system.
