High Angle Heim Joint Spacers are designed to increase articulation and suspension flex by extending the spherical diameter of the rod end ball, allowing it to rotate deeper into the body without binding.

By creating additional clearance between the mounting tabs, these spacers enable greater angular movement compared to standard spacers, making them ideal for four-link suspension, steering, and high articulation off-road applications.

Performance heim joint spacers also allow builders to step down bolt size by reducing the inside diameter of a rod end, offering flexibility when matching existing brackets, tabs, or hardware.

Tech Insight

Unlike standard spacers, high angle heim joint spacers allow the edge of the spherical ball to rotate into the rod end body, significantly increasing angular travel before binding occurs. This added clearance translates directly into improved suspension flex and smoother movement throughout the suspension cycle.

Commonly used in high articulation off-road builds, these spacers are an essential component for maximizing performance in rock crawling, trail rigs, and race applications where suspension movement is critical.
