CS-OFF-12
The Rugged Radios OFFROAD Straight Headset / Helmet Intercom Cable connects an OFFROAD-wired helmet kit or compatible Ultimate headset to a matching intercom. Available in 2-, 6-, 12-, and 16-foot lengths, it lets you route the communication connection to the seat or panel location that works for the vehicle rather than stretching a cable across the cockpit.
The high-bend-test straight cord uses Total Shield RF-blocking construction, a 5-pin intercom plug, and a female OFFROAD connection. Rugged commonly uses 12-foot cables for front passengers and 16-foot cables for rear passengers, but the correct choice depends on the actual routed distance. H22 and H42 5-pin headsets need a separate CC-OFF or CS-3H-OFF adapter. Match the cable family and equipment wiring before ordering; a shared pin count alone does not establish compatibility.

Fitment Notes:
The current variants are 2, 6, 12, and 16 feet. Select the length for the actual cable route.
Rugged specifies a separate CC-OFF or CS-3H-OFF adapter for those 5-pin headsets.
Rugged commonly supplies 12 feet for front passengers and 16 feet for rear passengers. Measure the vehicle before selecting.
Rugged lists several compatible brands, but exact model wiring still matters. Confirm the intercom supports this OFFROAD cable arrangement.
No. It is a straight high-bend-test cord with RF-blocking shielding.
