The Radflo 2.5 Air Shock with 1.625" Shaft combines spring support and shock damping in one compact suspension component for lightweight rock crawlers, trail buggies, and custom tube chassis vehicles. Available in 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", and 18" travel lengths, the large 2.5" body and oversized 1-5/8" shaft provide increased strength and oil capacity for demanding off-road suspension applications.
Unlike a coilover, an air shock supports vehicle weight without an external coil spring, helping reduce suspension weight and simplify packaging in tight chassis layouts. Ride height and spring characteristics can be tuned through nitrogen pressure and oil volume, while Radflo's velocity-sensitive valving controls suspension movement throughout the travel. The result is a simple, lightweight, and highly tunable suspension option for vehicles where packaging and weight matter.
