The Revolution 3.0 chassis builds on Wide Open Design’s early production buggy platforms while refining the structure and suspension geometry for modern off-road builds. The signature rolled tubing design provides both a distinctive appearance and improved structural flow throughout the chassis.
Strategic use of .188 wall DOM tubing in high-impact areas strengthens the chassis where additional durability is needed while maintaining a manageable overall weight. This heavy-duty reinforcement helps prevent dents and structural deformation during aggressive trail use.
Replaceable .188 wall rock sliders protect the sides of the chassis and can easily be replaced if damaged. The chassis also incorporates removable drivetrain crossmembers connected with tube flange sets, allowing drivetrain components to be installed or removed more easily during the build process or future maintenance.
The rear chassis section provides room for a 15-gallon fuel cell and a fabricated toolbox or cooler, allowing builders to carry tools or supplies for longer trail rides.
