This Walbro 255 External In-Line Fuel Pump Kit includes everything you need to install a proven 255 LPH high pressure pump into your LS swap or off-road fuel system.

Built around the trusted Walbro GSL392 255 LPH inline fuel pump, this kit combines the pump, mounting hardware, and (2) -6 AN straight adapter fittings to simplify installation into -6 AN fuel plumbing.

Capable of supporting up to 550 HP engines (with proper fuel line sizing and fuel rails), this setup is ideal for naturally aspirated LS builds and many moderate performance applications.

This is a complete external inline pump solution — ready to mount and plumb.

The Walbro 255 LPH pump is one of the most widely used EFI pumps in performance applications because of its balance of reliability, flow, and compact size.

For best results:

  • Use a 100-micron pre-filter before the pump
  • Use a 10-micron post-filter after the pump
  • Ensure proper voltage supply with relay wiring
  • -6 AN feed line is suitable for most builds under ~500 HP

Mounting the pump with the included foam sleeve reduces vibration and noise while increasing pump longevity, which is especially important in rigid tube chassis off-road vehicles.
