Yukon Dana 30 & Super 30 Differential Cover
SKU: YUKYHCC-D30
This Yukon heavy-duty Dana 30 nodular iron differential cover is designed to reinforce and protect housings in demanding trail, rock crawling, overland, and daily-driven off-road applications. Built from thick-wall nodular iron, this cover helps improve housing rigidity while protecting gears, lockers, bearings, and carrier assemblies from trail damage and high torque loads.
Internal oil-flow shaping promotes better lubrication circulation and cooling, while the black powder coat finish and stainless hardware provide long-term durability and corrosion resistance. Fits both standard and reverse rotation Dana 30 applications.
Included Items:
- Dana 30 nodular iron differential cover
- Stainless steel cover bolts
- Stainless accent plate

Tech Insight
The Dana 30 is commonly upgraded with lockers, lower gearing, larger tires, and chromoly axle shafts, especially in Jeep trail and crawler builds. While the axle itself is relatively compact, the factory stamped differential cover is still vulnerable to rock damage and housing flex under hard use.
A heavy-duty nodular iron cover helps reinforce the housing while protecting critical drivetrain components from impacts that can crack or deform factory covers. Increased housing rigidity can also help maintain more stable ring and pinion alignment during aggressive off-road driving.
