YUKYHCC-D44
This Yukon heavy-duty nodular iron differential cover is designed to reinforce and protect Dana 44 housings in demanding off-road, towing, racing, and rock crawling environments. Constructed from thick-wall nodular iron, this cover helps improve differential housing rigidity while protecting ring and pinion gears, lockers, bearings, and carrier assemblies from trail hazards.
Internal oil-flow shaping promotes improved lubrication circulation and cooling, while the black powder coat finish and stainless hardware provide long-term corrosion resistance and a clean finished appearance. Fits both standard rotation and reverse rotation Dana 44 applications.

The Dana 44 remains one of the most common upgrade axles in off-road builds because it offers strong aftermarket support and excellent versatility across front and rear axle applications. One weakness of factory stamped covers is their susceptibility to impact damage and flex under heavy loads.
A heavy nodular iron cover helps reinforce the housing while also protecting the ring and pinion setup from trail damage. This becomes especially important on locked Dana 44 axles running larger tires, lower gear ratios, high steering loads, or aggressive off-road driving conditions.
