Wide Open Design’s 5/8"-18 Chromoly Rod Ends are built for strength, durability, and smooth articulation in high demand suspension and chassis applications. These heavy duty rod ends are commonly used on four-link and ladder bar setups, where reliability under load is critical.

For the ultimate in performance, these Chromoly Steel Series rod ends feature a self-sealing, self-lubricating Nylon/PTFE race that keeps dirt and debris out while providing smooth, consistent movement which reduces wear and maintenance over time.

Constructed from heat treated chromoly steel with a hardened, precision ground ball, these rod ends are designed to handle real world abuse on trail rigs, race builds, and performance applications.

Tech Insight

These chromoly rod ends are engineered with metal-to-metal support to handle heavy shock loads without compromising strength. The increased cross sectional thickness improves tensile strength, making them a reliable option for suspension links, ladder bars, and chassis components where durability matters.

The Nylon/PTFE race provides smoother articulation and longer service life compared to traditional metal-on-metal rod ends, making these ideal for both off-road and performance driven builds.

Fitment
