WOD Single Ended Carrier Bearing for Off-Road Driveline
WA01039
The Wide Open Design Single Ended Carrier Bearing is built to solve driveline routing and clearance issues in off-road buggy, rock bouncer, and custom tube chassis builds. It acts as a fixed pivot point in the driveline, allowing you to route the front driveshaft around link mounts, chassis tubes, exhaust, or starter interference without compromising strength or reliability.
Designed for extreme suspension travel and high-torque applications, this carrier bearing supports the driveshaft between the transfer case and axle, reducing shaft whip, vibration, and stress on slip yokes. It’s the same proven setup used in WOD-built rigs, engineered for smooth operation and durability in harsh off-road environments.

Built for Packaging Flexibility
Single ended carrier bearings are ideal when driveline routing becomes tight. This design lets builders reposition the driveshaft without compromising strength or reliability. The .500" wall DOM shell and sealed roller bearings are built to withstand shock loads, vibration, and constant suspension cycling in harsh off-road environments.
Compatible with Spicer 1350, 1410, and 1480 U-bolt yokes, allowing you to match your driveline strength requirements without changing the carrier bearing itself. Looking for a full setup? We also offer complete carrier bearing shaft builder kits:
