Radflo 2.0 Hydraulic Bump Stop - 1.25” Shaft
5SB-001-00
The Radflo Off-Road 2.0 Hydraulic Pinch Mount Bump Stop is engineered to control hard suspension. Using velocity sensitive damping, it acts as a secondary shock during the final inches of compression; this hydraulic bump stop progressively increases damping resistance to absorb impact energy while protecting both the vehicle and occupants from damaging stress loads.
At the core is Radflo’s exclusive Freeflo® Racing Piston, combined with a massive 1.25" chrome plated alloy steel shaft, CNC-machined bronze rod guide, and multi-direction sealing system, this bump stop is built to survive the harshest off-road environments. Stroke options of 2", 3", or 4" allow proper integration into a wide range of suspension designs and mounting constraints. Every unit is fully rebuildable, serviceable, and tunable, ensuring long term performance and virtually unlimited service life.

Tech Insight
Hydraulic bump stops act as controlled energy absorbers rather than hard stops. By using velocity sensitive damping, Radflo bump stops progressively slow suspension movement during the final portion of compression—reducing peak loads on chassis components and improving vehicle stability during hard hits.
When tuned correctly, they dramatically extend suspension component life while improving driver confidence in aggressive terrain.
