Jeep & Trail Riding

Level 1: 2.0 Emulsion Coilover

A 2.0 emulsion coilover is a simple, budget-friendly starting point for Jeep and trail riding builds. It combines the coil spring and shock into one compact package, making it easy to fit on lighter trail rigs, crawlers, and weekend-use Jeeps. For Jeep and trail riding, this setup works best for slower trail use, crawling, and general off-road driving where ride height adjustability and simple packaging matter more than high-speed shock performance.

Level 2: 2.0 Remote Reservoir Coilover

A 2.0 remote reservoir coilover is a good step up for Jeep and trail riding builds that need better control than a basic emulsion shock. The remote reservoir adds oil volume and helps the shock stay more consistent through rough trails, repeated hits, and faster sections. For Jeep and trail riding, this setup works well on lighter Jeeps, trail rigs, and customers who want a stronger base shock without moving into a larger 2.5 package.

Level 3: 2.5 Remote Reservoir Coilover

A 2.5 remote reservoir coilover is one of the best all-around shock choices for Jeep and trail riding builds. The larger 2.5 shock body adds more oil volume, better heat control, and stronger damping than a 2.0 shock package. For Jeep and trail riding, this setup works well for heavier Jeeps, larger tires, faster trail sections, and customers who want a serious single-shock package without adding a bypass shock.

Level 4: 2.5 DRT Internal Bypass Coilover

A 2.5 DRT internal bypass coilover is a strong option for Jeep and trail riding builds that need more control without adding a separate external bypass shock. The internal bypass design gives the shock more support through the travel while keeping the package cleaner, quieter, and easier to fit than a dual-shock setup. For Jeep and trail riding, this works well on rigs that see rough trails, ledges, chop, faster trail sections, and mixed crawling where control matters but packaging space is limited.

Level 5: 3.0 Remote Reservoir Coilover

A 3.0 remote reservoir coilover is a serious single-shock setup for heavy Jeep builds, large tire vehicles, and trail rigs that are driven harder than a basic weekend crawler. The larger shock body adds oil volume, heat capacity, and damping strength for rough trails, big hits, and faster off-road sections. For Jeep and trail riding, this setup makes the most sense when the rig is heavier, higher horsepower, or built closer to a dedicated off-road machine than a simple trail Jeep.

Level 6: 2.0 Emulsion Coilover + 2.5 Bypass

A 2.0 emulsion coilover paired with a 2.5 bypass shock gives a Jeep or trail rig more control than a basic coilover-only setup. In this package, the coilover handles spring support and ride height while the bypass shock adds damping control for rough trails, ledges, chop, and harder hits. For Jeep and trail riding, this setup works well when the chassis already has room for a second shock and the customer wants more tuning control without changing the main coilover package.

Level 7: 2.5 Emulsion Coilover + 2.5 Bypass

A 2.5 emulsion coilover paired with a 2.5 bypass shock is a strong dual-shock setup for Jeep and trail riding builds that need more control than a single coilover. The 2.5 coilover handles spring support and ride height, while the bypass shock adds extra damping control for rough trails, ledges, repeated hits, and faster off-road sections. For Jeep and trail riding, this setup works well when the chassis has room for a second shock and the customer wants more tuning control without moving into a full 3.0 shock package.

Level 8: 2.5 Remote Reservoir Coilover + 3.0 Bypass

A 2.5 remote reservoir coilover paired with a 3.0 bypass shock is a high-end shock package for serious Jeep and trail riding builds that need major damping control. The 2.5 coilover handles spring support, ride height, and base damping, while the 3.0 bypass adds extra tuning range, heat capacity, and bottom-out control for rough trails, ledges, chop, and hard hits. For Jeep and trail riding, this setup is best suited for dedicated trail rigs, heavier Jeeps, fast trail use, and builds that need race-level control in a trail-focused package.
